Our gastronomic proposal is tasty, honest, and rooted in the best of traditional Catalan recipes: The cannelloni, a family recipe and one of the star dishes, is robust; the rice dishes and ham croquettes taste like home, and our selection of appetizers and starters always aims to offer the best seasonal produce prepared in the best possible way.

 

Jordi Delfa, our executive chef, is someone who believes that “when you have people at home, you offer them the best you have.” He has loved cooking since he was very young and believes that food is a way of connection between people. That’s why at Casa de Vivi, we enjoy good eating, a good table, company, conversation, wine, and the respect and love for the produce that can be felt in every dish.
